    Organic Village is a grocery store that offers a wide selection of naturally healthy and deliciously nourishing food products – sourced directly from the finest local producers all over Thailand!

    You can do your grocery shopping online via our website, and we will deliver your order to your doorstep! You can also visit our physical store, located at Siam Square Soi 5 in Bangkok.

    Organic Village is also committed to a sustainable future by minimizing waste and reducing our carbon footprint.

    On our online shop and on the shelves of our physical store, you’ll find locally-produced food, such as:

    • Organically-grown fruits, vegetables, and spices, as well as bulk items like rice and grains,
    • Sustainably-farmed or fished meats, poultry, fish, and seafood, and
    • Cheese and dairy products and its alternatives.

    We even offer prepared foods for your convenience – ideal for people who are always on the go!

    Also available are carefully-selected products, like:

    • Pantry staples,
    • Bakery goods,
    • Beverages such as juices and coffees, wines and beers.

  • How are you different from other organic produce sellers and groceries?

    Organic Village takes care of its customers and its partner farmers and producers!

    We work with the finest local farmers and producers from all over Thailand to give our customers only the freshest produce all year long.

    Aside from a convenient shopping experience in our online shop and our physical store, we also offer a subscription service that keeps your refrigerators and pantries fully-stocked — without any hassle!

    Our goal for our partner farmers and producers is to give them a competitive edge by giving them more visibility so they can reach and sell to more customers.

  • I’m new to organic food. Any tips on how I can enjoy them?

    First off, we’d like to commend you on switching to natural and organic food! You’re making a great choice – not only is it healthier for you, it’s also better for the environment.

    You can check out some delicious yet easy-to-prepare Recipes we have for you here! Or you can choose from our Prepared Food selection, as this is a great way for you to start discovering the wonders of organic food.

    Another option you can consider is our subscription service! Keep your refrigerator and pantry stocked with only the finest produce that we’ll deliver to your doorstep either weekly or monthly.

  • How do I place an order?

    You can place an order via our online shop or in our physical store. Or better yet, create a subscription so you can receive weekly or monthly deliveries of your favorite natural and organic food products!

  • I ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?

    We all make mistakes, and that’s okay! For as long as it’s not fresh produce, we can definitely accommodate a return. Just bring or send back the item to our physical store located at Siam Square Soi 5 in Bangkok.

    You can choose to replace it with a product of similar or higher value (difference will be charged to you), or we can give you a voucher that you can use for the next time you shop or order from Organic Village.

    Please note that all fresh produce can no longer be returned after purchase or delivery. If the mistake is on our end, we’ll send you a discount coupon for your next order, and you don’t need to give back the item to us.

  • Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

    Yes, there is! The minimum order amount for free delivery is THB3,000.

    If your order is less than THB3,000, we will charge a delivery fee of THB200.

  • How come there are missing items from my order?

    Oopsie, so sorry about that – we’ll sort it all out! Let us know what item is missing and we’ll have it delivered to you ASAP. Just send us an email at info@organic-village.co.th so we can assist you.

  • I put in the wrong address, I’m sorry! Will I get charged an additional delivery fee?

    Don’t worry, we can easily fix this!

    Just notify us quickly – before the first delivery attempt – so there won’t be any additional charge. Email the correct address to info@organic-village.co.th right away!

    But if we’ve already attempted the first delivery, we’re sorry but will be charging THB200 for it (and every succeeding delivery attempt).

  • Do you have an option for pick-up of online orders?

    Yes, we do! Simply choose “Pick Up” during the checkout process.

  • Where can I pick up my order? And is there a window time?

    You can pick up your order from our physical store located at Siam Square Soi 5 in Bangkok.

    We’re open from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday, so you pick up your order anytime within that window! To claim your order, simply present the email confirmation of your order at the store’s checkout counter.

  • I forgot one item! Can I still edit my order?

    Unfortunately, orders can no longer be edited or changed once they’re finalized. But don’t worry! You can always just place a new order for the item/s you left out.

    Another option is for you to visit our physical store located at Siam Square Soi 5 in Bangkok to purchase the item you left out of your order.

  • Can I order online anytime?

    Absolutely! Our online shop can receive orders and payments 24/7. But do take note of these cut-off times:

    • For Deliveries: All orders made before 12:00 noon will be delivered on the same day. Beyond that time, your order will be sent to you the next day.
    • For Store Pick-ups: All orders made before 7pm can be picked up on the same day. Beyond that time, however, you may pick it up the next day.
    • Please note that our physical store hours are from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

    If you order a J+1 product,* then your order will be delivered the next day.

    *J+1 means we don’t keep that product in stock. We get them from the supplier after you order from us to ensure you only get the freshest possible produce!

  • I can’t get my delivery today because of a “J+1 product.” What’s that?

    Organic Village only wants the freshest possible produce for its customers, and that’s why we have the J+1 product category.

    We don’t keep our own stock of J+1 products. We only get them from the supplier only after you order from us. So even if you order before 12:00 noon, orders with J+1 products will only be delivered the next day.

  • I got damaged items! Can you replace it?

    We’re sorry to hear that – and don’t worry, we’ll make it right!

    Kindly email the following to info@organic-village.co.th to request for a return and replacement:

    • Proof of purchase (your order’s email confirmation), and
    • Evidence (photos) of the damage or defect.

    Damaged or defective items will be replaced. But if the item is out of stock, you have two options:

    First is to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value. If the value is higher, however, you will need to settle the difference in price.

    Second is a gift voucher amounting to the value of the damaged or defective item. You can use this voucher for future orders at Organic Village.

    Our window for requesting product returns is only two (2) days; beyond this, requests will no longer be accommodated.

    Please send back the damaged or defective item to our physical store at Siam Square Soi 5 in Bangkok. The item must be returned to us in the exact same condition as you have received it.

  • What is an order subscription? How does it work?

    Subscription makes your life easy! It’s a little like subscribing to a magazine – but instead of paying one-time for an entire year, your credit card will only be charged the value of the items you’re getting for each delivery.

    To use the service, all you have to do is create an account on the Organic Village website, then create your subscription order, and just wait for the deliveries based on the frequency you choose!

    Please note that payments are charged 48 hours before the delivery, after which the subscription can no longer be changed for that specific delivery (but you can still make changes for the next one).

  • How much is the subscription?

    That’s entirely up to you! You get to choose which products go to your subscription order, so you have full control on the cost.

    We don’t charge you anything to create that subscription order – you’ll only pay for the items you order. And just like regular orders, if the total amount reaches THB3,000, we’ll waive the delivery fee. But if it’s below that, a delivery fee of THB200 will apply.

  • How do I create a subscription order?

    This one’s really easy! On every product’s page on our online shop, you’ll find these options: to make a single purchase, to create a new subscription if you don’t have one yet, or to add the product to your existing subscription if you already have one!

  • Can I add to or remove products from my subscription?

    For as long as you haven’t been charged yet, then yes, you can definitely add or remove products from your subscription!

    In case you’ve been charged already, you won’t be able to change any item on that specific delivery. But don’t worry – you can definitely make changes for the next one!

  • Can I have multiple subscriptions?

    It’s one subscription per user account – this helps you avoid mixing up the delivery dates of your orders!

    But if you would really like to have multiple subscriptions, you can create another account on Organic Village. Kindly note, however, that you will need a different email address to create another account.

  • Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

    Of course, you can! You can choose between weekly and monthly deliveries, and you can change it anytime to fit your schedule and lifestyle!

    Please note, however, that if you’ve already been charged for a delivery (this happens 48 hours prior), we can’t change that anymore. But don’t worry – the next one will already be set to your preferred frequency!

  • There’s this product I’d like to try but I don’t want to include it in my subscription yet. Can I make a single purchase of that, but have it delivered with my subscription order?

    Yes, you can add single-purchase items to your subscription!

    When you already have a subscription but you want to add products you only want to get once, simply click the single purchase option, and then choose to add it to your next subscription delivery.

    You’ll be charged the cost of that item, but you won’t have to pay a separate shipping fee anymore!

    The single-purchase product/s will be automatically deleted from your next subscription delivery.

  • How can I sign up for a subscription service without a credit card?

    Unfortunately, the only payment method accepted for our subscription service is credit card.

    Whenever your subscription renews, our system will attempt to charge your credit card. If your credit line is insufficient, the transaction will be declined and your bank will most likely notify you.

    If you use a debit card, the transaction may still go through even when you have insufficient balance. When this happens, your account will go into a negative balance, and when the transaction is reversed at a later time, your bank might charge you various penalty fees (yikes!).

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    There’s two ways to do this!

    First is DIY! Just log on to the Organic Village website, go to “My Account,” where you can either delete or suspend your subscription.

    If you choose to delete, your subscription order will be canceled and removed completely from your account.

    If you choose to suspend, your next delivery will be canceled, but the details of your order will still be saved. This means you can re-activate the same subscription again in the future!

    The other options is you can send us an email at info@organic-village.co.th and we’ll be the one to cancel or suspend it for you.

    Please note, however, that we can’t accommodate this request once you’re already charged, so make sure you delete or cancel your subscription at least a week before the next delivery date.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    There are many ways to pay for your Organic Village order!

    Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer payments are accepted. We also accept cash payments at our physical store at Siam Square Soi 5 in Bangkok, but please note that we don’t offer cash-on-delivery.

  • How do I pay via bank transfer?

    It’s super easy! Here’s how:

    On the payment page (after checkout), simply click on the Bank Transfer option to see the bank account information of Organic Village. Take note of the details you’ll need for the transfer.

    But in case you miss that part, don’t worry! We’ll send you an email with the details of your pending order, and you’ll find our bank account information there.

    Send the proof of payment (it could be a deposit slip or a screenshot of the transaction) to info@organic-village.co.th. Be sure to indicate the order number on the email subject so we’ll know it’s yours!

    We’ll check with our bank quickly and we’ll email you once the payment is confirmed. We’ll also prepare your order – either for delivery or for pick-up – right away!

    Bank transfer payments are accepted for all online transactions except subscriptions, in which case a credit card is mandatory.

  • How can I sign up for a subscription service without a credit card?

    Unfortunately, the only payment method accepted for our subscription service is credit card.

  • I want to order online but I want to pay cash. Is that possible?

    Yes, cash payments for online orders are possible if the order will be picked up. Cash-on-delivery is not offered by Organic Village, but cash payments are accepted at our physical store at Siam Square Soi 5 in Bangkok.

  • Do you offer COD?

    Given the nature of our merchandise, we can’t offer cash-on-delivery.

  • I changed my mind about my order. Can I just get a refund?

    We’re sorry to hear that! But it’s okay to change your mind. For as long as the item/s have not been delivered to you yet, we can give you a refund in the form of a coupon of the value of the item/s.

  • Do you have gift cards? How do I buy it?

    Not right now, but that’s a great idea and we’re definitely working on it! Stay tuned for updates by following us on Facebook and Instagram!

  • Do you offer rewards for frequent customers?

    Loyalty should be rewarded – so yes, we give our frequent customers one (1) reward point for every THB100 spent on our online shop!

    One (1) reward point is equivalent to THB1, and you can redeem these points on your next order from Organic Village!

    We’re working on making this loyalty program available for in-store purchases. But for now, just shop online to get your reward points!

  • When should I expect my order to be delivered?

    We do same-day deliveries!

    All orders made before 12:00 noon will be delivered on the same day before 6:00 pm, except if you order a J+1 product – in which case, your order will be delivered the next day.

    All orders placed after 12:00 noon will be delivered the next day.

    If you order past 12:00 noon and before 7:00 pm, you can opt for store pick-up so you can get your order on the same day.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver anywhere in Bangkok – for now!

    We’re hoping to reach more cities soon, and we’re sure to let you know via our Facebook and Instagram pages!

  • Will my order stay fresh during delivery?

    Absolutely, because we’ve got our own refrigerated truck for all our deliveries. We won’t let the tropical weather affect the product, so don’t worry!

  • Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

    Yes, there is! The minimum order amount for free delivery is THB3,000.

  • What happens when no one is around to receive my order?

    When we’re at your doorstep or reception and there’s no one around to receive your order we’ll give you a call to ask what you’d like for us to do with it. You’ll have two options:

    You can have us re-deliver your order at a later time for an additional THB200 – this means we will put your order back inside our refrigerated truck to keep it fresh and safe.

    Or you can let us leave your order at your doorstep. We really don’t recommend this unless you’re only minutes away from your delivery address – remember, all-natural and organic products don’t last too long when exposed to the elements!

    Again, we will try to call you so you can tell us what you’d like for us to do. But if you don’t pick up by the third call, we will automatically go for the first option (re-delivery for an additional THB200) to ensure that your order won’t go to waste.

  • Can’t you just automatically leave my order at my doorstep if I’m not there?

    Yes, we can do that if you tell us to (we’ll call you when we’re at your doorstep or reception to ask). But please note that we really don’t recommend this since your order could get exposed to the elements and that will lead to spoilage. Unless, of course, you’re just mere minutes away, then it should be fine!

    If you’re not around to receive the order, we can re-deliver it at a later time within the same day for an additional fee of THB200. This means your order will be put right back in our refrigerated delivery truck where it will definitely stay fresh!

  • What is product substitution and when does it happen?

    Product substitution is a feature of our subscription order that means we will offer you a possible substitute or replacement for a specific product that is not available.

    All our natural and organic produce are, of course, seasonal – so there will inevitably be times when they’re just not available.

    Since your credit card will be charged two (2) days prior to the delivery date on your subscription order, there may be cases when a product goes out of stock prior to the delivery. When this happens, we will contact you before the delivery to suggest a substitute.

  • How do you determine which product can be substituted for the other?

    We give you replacement suggestions according to similarity in taste and consumption purpose.

    For example, if you ordered iceberg lettuce and it’s not available, we might offer you romaine lettuce, kale, or spinach.

    Don’t worry – we won’t make a replacement without asking you first.

  • I don’t really like any of the substitute products. Can I just not get substitutions?

    No worries! You don’t have to accept any of our substitution suggestions if you don’t like them.

    We will offer you a voucher in the value of the unavailable product. You can use that for your next order at Organic Village.

  • I’m okay with the substitution. How do we proceed?

    If you choose one item from the suggested substitutes, we will include that in the delivery already!

  • The substitute isn’t the same price as what I originally wanted. How do we fix this?

    We make our best effort to find you a suitable substitute of the same value as the item to be replaced, but if that’s not available, we’ll go for the one of superior value. And don’t worry – the difference is on the house!
