About This Product

Ricotta is made using 100% whey from cow and buffalo. Jartisann’s Ricotta Affumicata is salted fresh ricotta and smoked slowly for 2 days to turn walnut-brown and achieve like a smoked-meat aroma. Soft, buttery and crumbly, it is fantastic on its own or eaten with dark bread, shaved on to salads, or crumbled into pasta.
