Massaman Curry

Massaman Thai traditional recipe packed sous-vide and deep-frozen. Made from our fresh product and mixed with high-quality vegetables.

Ingredients include – Chicken 50% – Coconut milk 20% – Vegetable 15% – Curry paste 10% – Fish Sauce, Chicken Stock, Tamarind Juice, Palm Sugar 5% – Peanuts.
Store in a cold place at -18°C. Store in a frozen place at -18°C.
To reheat, defrost then pour the content into a saucepan, mix everything at medium temperature (70°C) for 10 minutes, or in the microwave for 5 minutes
