Poulet Basquaise

Chicken in tomato sauce with bell peppers packed sous-vide and deep-frozen. A traditional French southwest dish. Made from our fresh product and mixed with high-quality vegetables.

Pack of 300 Gr.
Ingredients include – Chicken 50% – Sweet pepper 10% – Herbs 5% – White wine 5% – Olive oil 5% – Condiments 5%. Store in a frozen place at -18°C. To reheat, defrost then pour the content into a saucepan, mix everything at medium temperature (70°C) for 10 minutes, or in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Shelve life 12 months.
