Zaalouk de poulet

Chicken in eggplant caviar packed sous-vide and deep-frozen. A traditional Moroccan dish. Made from our fresh product and mixed with high quality vegetables.

Ingredients include – Chicken 50% – Vegetable 40% – Herbs 5% – Condiments 5%
Store in a frozen place at -18°C.
To reheat, defrost then pour the content into a saucepan, mix everything at medium temperature (70°C) for 10 minutes, or in the microwave for 5 minutes
