Tom Kah Kai

Tom Kah Kai Thai traditional recipe packed sous-vide and deep-frozen. Made from our fresh product and mixed with high-quality vegetables.

Ingredients include – Chicken 50% – Coconut Milk 20% – Mushroom 10% – Galangal, Red onion 10% – Pepper 5% – Chicken Stock, Lime, Water, Soy Sauce 5%.
Store in a frozen place at -18°C.
To reheat, defrost then pour the content into a saucepan, mix everything at medium temperature (70°C) for 10 minutes, or in the microwave for 5 minutes
