Why is meat the healthiest food?

You cannot purport to be eating a healthy diet if meat is missing from it. Meat, most specifically lean meats such as fish, chicken, and turkey, are considered nutrient dense and healthy for the body. They are a great source of essential proteins and vitamins such as Vitamin B12, zinc, and iron.

To break it down, protein is instrumental in the production of enzymes, hormones, and other important molecules in the body. It’s also essential in building muscles and repairing the same especially if you are recovering from an injury.

Zinc is instrumental in fast-tracking wound healing and the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B12 on the other hand is instrumental in the production of red blood cells and the proper functioning of the nervous system. Iron is great for the production of hemoglobin and a healthy immune system.

Is eating chicken everyday healthy ?

The method of preparation of your chicken also determines how healthy it is. Baked or grilled chicken is deemed healthier than deep-fried chicken. Eating chicken every day in moderation is healthy in the sense that it helps in muscle growth, stronger bones, weight management, and increased brain activity.

What is vegan meat made from?

Vegan meat essentially refers to meat that is made from a number of plant-based ingredients such as wheat, legumes, soy, mushrooms, peas, and other vegetables. These ingredients are free from animal products but are generally processed to mimic the texture and taste of meat.
