Confit Chicken Gizzards

The chicken gizzard is cooked at low temperature for more than 3 hours in duck fat.

Conserve in low temperature, best between 1°C to 4°C. To reheat, place in a pan for 5 minutes over low heat and use the duck fat to fry green beans, potatoes, etc.
