Getting to know more about Klong Phai Farm;Their most important principle is the respect for human health—at Klong Phai Farm, there is no use of any hormones and no antibiotics in any of our products. In Theory, free-ranged chickens are better than conventionally raised chickens for both chickens and consumer. Conventionally raised chickens are kept often in cages that are usually fed a grain diet fortified with vitamins and minerals, on the other hand, free-ranged chickens are free to be in the certain area that they can walk around and feel more comfortable, and happier! Research shows that free-ranged hens have significantly better scores for walking, feather conditions, beneficial gut bacteria and better in meat quality comparing to conventional hens. In addition, some research also found that free-ranged chickens are significantly lower in fat and higher in protein, iron, and zinc. The chickens are totally free on the Farmland pasture. The chickens are crossbreed with exceptional dietary values. Unlike industrial farming chickens or any other locally pastured chickens, free-range chickens are rich with protein and vitamin, packed with higher collagen density but have lower calories. With this free-range system, they produce chicken meat that is full-flavored and delectably succulent.

Eggs — come from organic standard certified farms using a free-range system.Under this system, the chickens are permitted to roam freely on the farmland, allowing them to express their natural behaviors and feed themselves with the organic living they can find in the ground. The chickens being raised in the friendly environment will be healthier and happier. They have higher immunity and less stress. The chickens are also fed with natural organic food, free from the use of growth hormone and antibiotics. The products are fresh, high-quality eggs that are free from chemical residues and are safe for consumption. The eggs are derived from the leading local farms whose management are in compliance with the Livestock Development Department’s standard. These kinds of farms use free-range system as well, and the chickens are allowed to live freely in the natural environment and free from the use of growth hormone, antibiotics or color accelerations. The farmers generally use bio-fermented juice or medicinal herbs to treat and strengthen the chickens’ immunity. Plus, the chickens are also fed with natural organic grains.
