How to prepare:

Double boiler: Place the frozen dish in a pan of boiling water before removing the packaging, and heat it for 10 min on medium flame.

Sauce pan: Open the container and add 3 tablespoons of water. Heat for 12 min while stirring constantly over moderate heat.
