Fresh product, combined with high-quality vegetables, is used to create a traditional French dish of veal in a cream sauce. The dish is prepared using sous-vide packaging and then deep-frozen to preserve its flavors and nutrients.

Ingredients: Veal, Vegetable, Mushroom, Flour, Salt, Pepper, Cream, Herb, Lemon, and Sugar.

Keep frozen at -18°C.
To prepare: Thaw the contents and then either heat in a saucepan over medium temperature (70°C) for 10 minutes or in the microwave for 5 minutes, mixing everything together.

Store for 12 months.
