Using top-notch vegetables, fresh duck is used using a classic French orange sauce method. The dish’s flavors and nutritional content are then preserved by deep-freezing sous-vide packaging.

Freeze at -18°C for 12 months
To prepare the dish, remove the jar from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. There are two cooking options:
Double boiler: Place the jar without the lid in a saucepan of room temperature water and heat over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Saucepan: Pour the contents into a saucepan, add 5 tbsp. of water, and warm over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
