Instructions:

Putting on the M-cup

1. Thoroughly wash your hands.
2. Use water or lube (water-based) to the cup’s rim.
3. Fold the menstrual cup tightly in half while holding it with the rim facing upward in one hand.
4. Gently insert the cup, with the rim facing upward, into your vagina, similar to the way you would insert a tampon with no applicator. Ensure it rests a few inches below your cervix.
5. After inserting the cup into your vagina, rotate it. This action will allow it to spring open, forming an airtight seal that prevents leaks.

Removing the M-cup

1. Properly wash your hands.
2. Insert your index finger and thumb into your vagina, then gently pull the stem of the cup until you can reach the base.
3. Gently pinch the base to release the seal and pull downward to get the cup.
4. After removal, empty the contents of the cup into the sink or toilet. Wash and wipe the reusable menstrual cup clean before reinserting it into your vagina. Ensure to empty the cup at least twice a day.
